When it is not the right choice
Not for brunettes and dark blondes with orange reflections — in that case, choose the Anti-Orange shampoo. Also, avoid long contact times on highly porous and over-bleached ends.
How to use
- 1Use instead of your regular shampoo when you notice unwanted yellow tones.
- 2Apply to wet hair and massage in.
- 3For stronger toning, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, or less for mild maintenance.
- 4Rinse thoroughly and follow with your usual conditioner.

How it works
The shampoo works on the colour wheel principle: the purple pigment is deposited directly onto the hair surface, optically cancelling out the opposite yellow colour. Since it does not enter the hair structure, the effect is temporary and washes out gradually, allowing you safe tone control. Please note that this shampoo does not lighten the hair; it only neutralises the reflection.
Alongside the pigment, the formula features an acidic pH that helps close the cuticle scales. A smoothed hair surface reflects light properly, resulting in that distinctive, radiant cool shine and a visually cleaner colour.
Tips from the salon
- On highly porous and over-bleached ends, apply the shampoo last and rinse it out first.
- Do not use it every wash, as excess pigment can leave a greyish-lilac shadow.
- If your hair takes on a slight lilac tint, a few washes with regular shampoo will remove it.
