Who it's for: hair so damaged it is hard to comb when wet — "rubbery" wet, straw-like dry, after bleaching or a perm.
When: the strand accepts the internal-bond repair best in the first days after the damage — later the effect is weaker and washes out faster, so don't wait.
Healthy hair does not need this treatment — and we won't sell it to you. If the diagnosis shows the Hair Filler is enough, that's what we'll tell you.
