Hair Treatments & Care
From a €5 ampoule to a full rebuild — every treatment starts with a diagnosis, not a sales pitch.
Three things damaged hair loses
Think of a hair strand as a wall — built over years, worn down by chemistry, heat and washing. There are three levels of damage, and three different technologies to restore them:
- The rebar — disulfide bonds. Sulfur bridges that give hair its strength. Lightening breaks them. Plex bond technology protects and rebuilds them.
- The filling — keratin mass. Proteins and water in the cortex that give the strand thickness and weight. Bleach and heat empty it. Hair Filler refills it.
- The facade — lipids and cuticle. The outer layer that shines and protects everything beneath. Washing, sun and styling wear it down. Deep care restores it.
That is why "one treatment for everything" doesn't exist: plex doesn't nourish, care doesn't refill, filler is no substitute for bond protection. With every appointment our specialists analyse your hair free of charge — porosity, elasticity, cuticle condition — and only then recommend a level of care. Sometimes that's a full rebuild; sometimes it's honest advice that all your hair needs is a €5 ampoule.
The care ladder — from €5 to a full rebuild
All our deep treatments follow the same 5-phase ritual: wash → active phase → thermal sealing → acidic mask → acidic finish. What goes into the active phase is what changes — and what sets the price.

1 Basin ampoule — a small ritual with every wash
The easiest "yes" at the basin: after shampoo we comb a revitalising ampoule through your hair, let it work for 3–5 minutes and rinse. A cationic conditioner clings to damaged spots like a magnet — detangling is instant — while a water-soluble silicone gives softness and shine without build-up: it rinses out with the next wash, so there's no silicone ballast. Green tea and vitamin E add antioxidant protection.
For whom: dry hair that tangles, hair that needs a visible boost between chemical services — or simply the wish to leave the salon with softer, shinier hair.
Honestly put: this is surface care, not repair — everything it does happens at the cuticle and lasts until the next washes. But for €5 and five minutes, that is exactly what you're after.
2 Plex Repair — protecting and rebuilding bonds
Hair gets its strength from disulfide bonds — sulfur bridges between keratin chains, the rebar of the strand. Lightening chemically opens them: that's why bleached hair snaps and turns gummy when wet. Plex bond technology binds to the sulfur groups while they are exposed and protects them at the exact moment they are most vulnerable — up to 94% less breakage during the service, according to manufacturer data.
Two ways to have it:
- With lightening (€10–30) — added directly to the mixture, working during the process. We offer it with every lightening service: highlights, balayage, AirTouch, flamboyage. Charged by the amount of mixture used (€1.50 per gram): a highlight refresh on shorter hair is closer to €10, long hair and big transformations up to €30.
- Plex Repair ritual (€40 with wash and blow-dry, ~60 minutes) — it starts on dry hair, before washing: the plex mixed with water is applied strand by strand and works directly on the bonds for 5 minutes, then a sealing mask goes on top without rinsing and locks everything in (10 minutes). Only then come the rinse, wash and blow-dry. For hair weakened by previous lightening, when hair needs strength rather than more chemistry.
Honestly put: bond protection is insurance, not a time machine — it matters most during the chemical process. The ritual strengthens hair that has already suffered, but can't return it to healthy — lost mass calls for the filler.
3 pH-C5 deep care — nourishment and shine in 5 phases
For dry or colour-treated but fundamentally healthy hair that doesn't need refilling — just nourishment, moisture and a sealed cuticle. Our 5-phase ritual:
- Sulfate-free nourishing wash — rice proteins and amino acids clean without stripping natural lipids.
- Nourishing ampoule — combed through the hair, 3–5 minutes: instant detangling, green tea and vitamin E.
- Thermal wrap — warmth opens the way for actives to travel deeper into the strand.
- Acidic repair mask — argan oil restores lipids, rice protein restores strength, an NMF complex restores moisture.
- Acidic finish (pH 4.5–5) — seals the cuticle like roof tiles. A sealed cuticle reflects light evenly — that's the shine.
An ideal companion to colouring: it preserves the colour, restores softness and keeps the style fresh for longer. Book pH-C5 care online.
4 Hair Filler — deep refill for the strand
For damaged, bleached and thin hair that has lost its body — the strand feels "empty", breaks easily and won't hold a style. Hair Filler does for hair exactly what a dermal filler does for skin: it fills. Three active fronts:
- Hydrolysed keratin — the protein hair is made of, broken down small enough to enter through the open cuticle and refill empty spots in the cortex.
- Hyaluronic acid — a sponge molecule that binds many times its weight in water: the strand plumps from within and immediately feels fuller and heavier.
- Collagen — films the surface for smoothness and shine over the refilled strand.
The 5-phase ritual: a deep cleanse that opens the cuticle → concentrate applied strand by strand → thermal sealing that binds the actives deep into the hair → an acidic mask → an acidic finish that locks the cuticle over everything. Oils and silicones come only at the very end — applied before heat, they would form a film that blocks the actives.
Honestly put: this is a cosmetic refill that washes out over 2–6 weeks — which is why it's designed as a monthly ritual, not a one-off miracle. And it doesn't straighten: for permanent smoothing we're preparing a separate premium keratin treatment (arriving this autumn/winter — ask to join the waiting list).
5 Total Repair — bond + filler + care in one
Our most complete treatment joins all three technologies in a single protocol — and it works precisely because each one acts on its own level of the strand, so they build on each other instead of competing. The order is key: structure first, then filling, then the finishing layer — just like renovating a wall.
- Deep cleanse — opens the cuticle and removes all build-up; the strand is ready to receive actives.
- Bond phase (plex) — works on the disulfide bonds in the cortex: reinforcing the rebar before the filling begins.
- Filler phase — keratin, hyaluronic acid and collagen, strand by strand, refill the lost mass.
- Thermal sealing — heat binds both the bond and the filler deposit deep into the hair structure.
- Acidic mask + finish — lipids and moisture over everything, then an acidic pH that locks the cuticle: the result stays in your hair, not on the towel.
For whom: bleached and heavily damaged hair, big colour transformations, hair that's gummy when wet and straw-like when dry. Also perfect as same-day recovery after lightening — bond protection in the mixture plus Total Repair at the basin is the most that can be done for hair in a single visit.
Honestly put: even Total Repair doesn't "weld" hair permanently — the result washes out over weeks and lives off sulfate-free home care. Healthy hair doesn't need this treatment: there's nothing to fill, and our stylists will tell you so.
"Hair botox" — know what you're paying for
Real botox for hair does not exist. Botulinum toxin acts on the nerve–muscle junction, and a hair strand is a dead keratin fibre with no muscles at all — it physically cannot do anything to hair. No product sold under that marketing name contains botulinum; what you actually get is a hair filler — keratin, hyaluronic acid and collagen. We call that service by its real name: the Hair Filler treatment. If someone charges you for "hair botox", you're paying for a name, not a different technology — ask what's in the ampoule, you have the right to know.
Botox® is a registered trademark of a medicine and has nothing to do with hair cosmetics. The only real use of botulinum "for hair" is dermatological — scalp injections against excessive sweating — a medical procedure done in a clinic, not in a salon.
Colour and scalp — two treatments outside the ladder
Gloss — colour shine and refresh
A demi-permanent colour "glaze" done at the basin: no lightening, no ammonia and no regrowth line. It restores depth to faded colour, neutralises yellow and orange tones after highlights, and its squalane-based activator preserves the scalp's hydrolipid film. Ten minutes of gloss takes your colour back to week one.
Scalp treatments — three protocols
Healthy hair starts at the scalp. After a free diagnosis we choose: against shedding (stimulates microcirculation), for an oily scalp (regulates sebum) or against dandruff (peeling and calming). The in-salon ritual starts the process and a 6-week home course does the rest — every treatment comes with an exact product recommendation for home.

Not sure? You don't have to be — book an appointment and our specialists will assess what your hair actually needs. Current prices for all services are on the price list.
Every treatment lasts as long as your home washing spares it — which is why every repair comes with a recommendation for a sulfate-free shampoo and an acidic mask for home, so what we built stays in your hair, not in the drain.
