A sebum-regulating shampoo for oily scalps, serving as the first step of the Sebo Therapy protocol. Its intentionally stronger base thoroughly degreases, while botanical extracts and amino acids provide freshness and long-term care.

When it is not the right choice

How to use
- 1Apply to wet hair and gently massage with your fingertips, avoiding scratching with your nails.
- 2Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes so the amino acid complex can do its work.
- 3Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and towel-dry to remove excess moisture.
- 4Follow up with Sebo Therapy ampoules applied to the partings, without rinsing.
Rhythm Maximum 3 times a week for 6 weeks. On other days, use the mild Daily Shampoo.
How it works
Immediately after washing, the shampoo thoroughly removes sebum, while astringent botanicals like nettle and birch gently tighten the skin. Eucalyptus leaves a pleasant feeling of freshness, and the roots remain light, without any conditioning film that would weigh down fine hair. This is an immediate, surface-level effect that restores volume and cleanliness to your hair.
The long-term effect is driven by lysine derivatives of cysteine, classically used in oily scalp care. Through repeated applications, they help normalise the sebaceous glands, gradually extending the time between washes. While it is not a cure for hormonally induced oiliness, the difference becomes clearly visible with regular use on a standard oily scalp.
