shorten that period: clear the follicle openings and give them a better

How: the shampoo at every wash (2–3 minutes on the skin, then rinse),
the ampoule along the partings 2–3 times a week, worked in with the
fingertips, not rinsed, dried as usual. One box lasts 4–5 weeks.
Why the pair: the shampoo prepares the ground and keeps the follicle
openings clear, the ampoule stays on the skin for hours and delivers the actives — one
without the other is half the mechanism. We do the first application in the salon and show
you how, on your own head.

What you will feel: warmth and redness — that means it's working
A few minutes after the anti-shedding ampoule the scalp warms up and turns mildly
red, sometimes with a light tingle. It peaks at 10–20 minutes, then fades. That is
increased circulation: the ampoule's ingredients widen the capillaries in the scalp,
so the follicle receives more blood, oxygen and nutrients. It is not an allergy and not a reason to
rinse — that wave is the treatment's main mechanism.
When to rinse and contact us after all: if the redness spreads
beyond the scalp, or itching and hives appear on the body. We do not apply the ampoule to an irritated,
cracked or injured scalp — and we keep it away from the eyes.
