How can I book an appointment?

How much does a haircut cost?

Women's haircuts from €15, men's from €10, children's from €10 — the price depends on hair length. The complete, always up-to-date price list is on the Price list page.

How much do highlights or balayage cost?

All lightening techniques (classic foils, balayage, flamboyage, AirTouch) come as a package: highlights + toner + haircut + blow-dry — €95. Colouring comes as a package of colour + haircut + toner + blow-dry for €55.

What is the difference between classic highlights, AirTouch and balayage?

Classic foil highlights give maximum, even lightening from the root — refreshed every 6–8 weeks. AirTouch separates finer hairs with a blow-dryer for the softest transition and nearly invisible regrowth — every 3–6 months. Balayage is applied freehand for a natural sun-kissed effect with a natural root — every 3–5 months. Not sure? A consultation before your appointment is free.

Where are the Studio Marcela salons?

We have seven salons. Zagreb: Ilica 49 (city centre), Josipa Slavenskog 1 (SC Prečko), Hvarska 10 (Sigečica), Jaruščica 9A (Novi Zagreb) and Trg Drage Iblera 10 (Galleria Business Center). Dubrovnik: the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik hotel (Liechtensteinov put 3) and the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel (Srebreno). Details and directions are on the Contact page.

What are the opening hours?

Zagreb salons: Mon–Fri 8:00–20:00, Sat 8:00–15:00. The Dubrovnik hotel salons follow the hotel schedules; in summer we recommend booking at least two days in advance.

How can I pay — do you accept cards?

Cash is accepted in every salon. Cards are accepted in all salons except Sigečica and Jaruščica — those two salons are cash-only.

Do you come to my address?

Yes — our Frizer To Go service brings a complete salon to your address in Zagreb and Dubrovnik: hairstyle €70, wedding hairstyle €80, make-up €95. For groups (weddings, corporate events, productions) send us the approximate number of people — we reply with an offer the same day.

Do you do wedding hair and make-up?

Yes. Wedding hair starts with a trial appointment 2–4 weeks before the wedding (trial €40); the wedding hairstyle itself is €50. Make-up is €52 (false lashes +€8), formal make-up €60. For brides we recommend trialling hair and make-up together — you see the whole look in advance.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Yes — the free Loyalty card is valid in all seven salons: a permanent −10% on all services, a €50 voucher for referring a friend, and a special birthday discount the week before and after your birthday.

Which products do you use?

We work with the Italian professional brand Silky TechnoBasic (H.S.A. Milan), for which we are the exclusive Croatian importer. All home-care products can be purchased in any of our salons — your stylist will build a routine for you.

Do you offer treatments for damaged hair and scalp problems?

Yes — the Hair Filler treatment (€60 incl. blow-dry) deeply repairs damaged, bleached and thin hair with keratin and hyaluronic acid, the Total Repair treatment (€80 incl. blow-dry) joins bond protection, filler and care in one protocol for heavily damaged hair, and for the scalp we have targeted programmes against hair loss, dandruff and oily scalp. Do you offer "hair BTX"?

No — a real botulinum treatment for hair does not exist: no product sold as "hair BTX" contains botulinum, because a hair strand has no muscles for botulinum to act on (the name is borrowed from a trademarked muscle medicine that has nothing to do with hair cosmetics). What is sold under that name is actually a filler (keratin + hyaluronic acid + peptides) — we offer that category under its real name: the Hair Filler treatment, €60 incl. blow-dry.
